Calendly's Terms: You Can't Sue, They Can Cut You Off
October 6, 2026
Calendly handles scheduling for millions. Here's what you're agreeing to when you sign up.
๐ด You lose the right to sue. All disputes go to arbitration. No class actions. You're on your own.
๐ด Calendly can kill your account without explanation. They can suspend or terminate access and pull your data during investigations. No detailed notice required.
๐ด If your employer set up your account, they own it. Entity employers control employee accounts and can revoke access whenever they want. Your data, their call.
๐ก Beta features are unfinished and unsupported. Beta services come with separate terms and zero guarantees. You're testing, not relying.
๐ข Security gets reasonable care. Calendly commits to commercially reasonable standards for protecting your data.
Grade C means the middle ground: some real limitations on your rights, balanced by basic protection commitments. The arbitration clause and termination-without-notice rules are the teeth.
