🟡 AI generates workflow suggestions. Postman's AI Engineer and Agent Mode automate API testing and workflow steps. The output is machine-generated. You need to review it before using it in production.

🟡 Your API endpoints get tracked. Postman's Insights feature monitors which endpoints you're calling and how often. It's for analytics and usage reporting. The data stays in Postman's systems.

🟢 Security docs exist and are public. Postman published a dedicated security section in their legal hub. If you need to know how they handle data, there's a place to look.

🟡 You're actually signing up for multiple products. Astro AI, Fern, and the CLI tool all have their own terms. Bundled into one Postman account doesn't mean one agreement. Read separately.

🟢 Enterprise customers get SLA coverage. If you're paying for professional services or reseller agreements, Postman provides support commitments in writing.
