🔴 SentinelOne can rewrite the terms whenever they want. You don't have to actively agree to new terms—just keep using the service and you're automatically bound by whatever they change. No notification period. No opt-out window.

🔴 You're liable for everything your affiliates do with the software. If a partner, reseller, or anyone else using your account misuses it, the legal responsibility lands on you. SentinelOne bears none of it.

🟡 A binding contract kicks in the moment you log in. No signed paper required. Clicking that login button or accessing the system electronically counts as acceptance of the full agreement.

🟡 "Confidential Information" means almost everything. Pricing, financial plans, competitive strategies—all protected under the broad confidentiality definition. That scope matters when disputes arise over what you can and can't discuss.

🟢 The agreement actually defines its terms clearly. Key concepts are spelled out consistently throughout, which makes the rest of this easier to parse.

Grade C reflects real control asymmetry. SentinelOne can change terms at will, and you carry liability for anyone else's use.
